A place with compassion and clarity.
Pain is a universal experience emotionally and physically. I'm a therapist who explores the brain and body experience with people living in chronic pain, with medical conditions, spinal cord injuries (SCI), traumatic brain injuries (TBI), schizophrenia, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. My approach combines Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to address both physical and emotional aspects of pain. With clinical training from Pepperdine University, I provide a supportive, evidence-based environment where you can explore your challenges and build resilience for life's difficulties.
I work with adults and young adults (17 and older) in a collaborative, compassionate, and respectful way. I believe healing starts when you feel safe, seen, and supported — and that therapy should honor your unique story rather than define you by a diagnosis. Together, we'll approach your journey with honesty, occasional humor, and the power of storytelling. Whether you're dealing with physical, or emotional pain, or major life changes, I'm here to support you with care, curiosity, and practical tools for growth.
